Fifa 10 League Is An Improvement On Earlier Games

Responding to feedback from consumers of the more than 275 million games played, FIFA 10 further refines a success. The award winning Fifa 10 league game was released in 2009. In its first three weeks of sale in the UK alone, over one million games were sold. FIFA 10 became a record breaking game. Since then it has been winning audience approval and awards. Averaging more than 3 million online games played daily, the FIFA 10 game was the most competitive virtual sport in the world in the year of its release. FIFA 10 boasting a many improvements to its core gameplay and other modes and features has been an understandable best seller.

FIFA 10 is produced by Electronic Arts and sold under its EA Sports label. It offers a much enlarged roster of national teams, leagues and the number of active teams. Over forty teams were not included in the previous title, while including twenty five were not included in any prior game produced in this EA series. In this new addition to a bestselling series, players can be much more skillful and responsive on the pitch.

1993 was the banner year of the first introduction of this award winning and popular series, featuring the global franchise of association football. Each fall, a new title is added to the lineup to mass approval as indicated by record breaking sales figures. Every new addition to the lineup is an improvement on earlier games and its immediate predecessor. There are usually a number of modifications to what has been delivered earlier. This EA series is the first one officially recognized by the global governing body of association football. This is a tremendous advantage for the product as greater authenticity with actual clubs, player likenesses and leagues brings them closer to reality. The FIFA video game series are available in different modes. Additional installments are released for major and regional tournaments. This series is offered to 51 countries in 18 spoken languages.

The Ultimate Team and the Manager Mode

This mode is a significant improvement on the 09 version. It is only for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It allows for the building of teams by users. There has been a substantial increase in the number of leagues and players from whose characteristics this custom made team can be built. There is now improved flexibility for gamers who previously were limited by the unavailability of certain players.

There is also greater flexibility in developing playing chemistry between the footballers. There are different links in every formation between the players. While earlier there was only one team to build, now there are fifteen you can create. Tournaments are a bigger focus this year.

The Manager Mode has been made less easier to increase the challenge. The financial system is more realistic. Player costs vary based on the club they play for. The feature that requires managers to satisfy the club board of directors adds risk. Managers will be on a shorter leash in some clubs. It is not as easier to scout as before. Customers should be aware that Manager Mode has been replaced in the FIFA 11 title. Career Mode is the replacement for the Manager Mode. This allows users to follow a footballer through different stages of his career.

The Virtual Pro option

This new feature gives gamers the opportunity to put themselves into the game. By uploading a picture of themselves on the EA website and downloading the saved image in FIFA 10, they create a custom player. The player can develop attributes and if the stats are improved enough, the player can even participate in the Pro Club Championship. Basically, this feature allows for the creation of a Pro who can be used in every mode of the game. This mode is an improvement from earlier parts of the series. In the past you could create a player for use in Be a Pro or online club games, but could not use him in other modes. The Pro you create can improve stats in any of the modes you desire and can carry them over to another mode. Be aware that the character attributes scale to the physical attributes of the player. A shorter player will not be as physically challenging as a taller one, who will in turn lose speed with more inches. Faces of the creation can be changed any time. Players can also add attributes and make the player more realistic and unique. Generally in this version the improvements do not tinker with the basic FIFA template. But, authenticity has been realized more in this version. It builds on the EA tradition of improving on earlier renditions. Its enhancements deliver greater realism and sets the standard for simulation of the real game.
